McCallion Group are the Main Contractors for the development of the new Primary Care Centre situated off Maginn Avenue in Buncrana. We will soon be commencing construction works on the site and would like to take this oppor- tunity to assure you that will be taking the necessary steps to ensure that the construction phase causes as little disruption as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience during our works and we appreciate your patience during this time.

It is our intention to keep you informed of site activities and progress and we ill do this via our Newsletters. We will be issuing Newsletters on an ongoing basis and where required an interim update will be issued prior to any major works that may affect you.

Site Setup

Once on site we will commence our site setup and construct the exit route from the site onto Ferris Lane. We will be establishing our site offices and welfare facilities along with investigating and diverting existing services on the site.

Construction Staff Parking

Construction staff parking will initially be catered for within the site boundary however during busier periods staff and contractors will be utilising parking available at Ardaravan Square. Construction staff will not be using the parking spaces on Maginn Avenue.

Deliveries

All suppliers & contractors have been issued an appropriate site access map to minimise any disruption and inconvenience. All McCallion Group deliveries will be accepted and unloaded in accordance with the traffic management strategy submitted to Donegal County Council. All deliveries are to be coordinated to ensure they are taking place within working hours and will be spaced out to avoid build up of traffic.

Our Plans for the Months Ahead

June 2020 to August 2020

Later this month we will move onto site to erect our site hoarding and commence our site set up. We will have some deliveries arriving such as containers for our offices and we will have a presence onsite. We will also form the Site Exit route onto Ferris Lane and install our wheel washing facility. Initially we will carry out some investigative works in rela- tion to site services before commencing the site strip. The site strip will take approximately 4-6 Weeks to complete and following this we will be commencing our Foundations and concrete works. A tower crane and a crawler crane will be brought onto the site to facilitate constructing the RC Frame. We will provide updates on the delivery of these items of plant closer to the time.
