Project Overview

The main building was formed in precast wall panels, with a steel framed flat roof structure, covered with insulated flat roof decking. Wall panels were sourced in Ireland

The site works consisted of installing all associated drainage, pavements, enclosures, services, landscaping and planting etc. Earth works and ground stabilisation works were carried out to support pavements and building structure including RC piles incorporated with ground beams.
