Project Overview

The project included the construction of 60 no. Private Residential units, consisting of Detached and Semi-Detached Two Storey Dwellings.
These dwellings were built to a high quality on a budget providing affordable quality dwellings.
The site works consisted of all associated Drainage, Pavements, Enclosures, Services, Street lighting, Landscaping and Planting etc.
Street lighting, Landscaping and Planting etc. designed to create a vibrant new modern user-friendly focus to the town.
