Project Overview

The project comprised the construction of 26 no. private residential units, consisting of Town Houses, Semi-Detached Houses and Apartments.
These units provided secluded private high quality living in the centre of the town.
Site preparatory works included importing suitable fill materials to make up levels. Substructures were piled with steel circular piles.
The site works consisted of all associated drainage, pavements, enclosures, services, street lighting, landscaping and planting etc.
