Project Overview
Extension, reconfiguration and part demolition of existing Motorway Services building to provide and extended ground floor level and new first floor level The extended facility will provide a Ground Floor Level including forecourt convenience shop, 4no. cafe/ restaurant units with common seating area and internal children’s play areas, public toilets and ancillary staff and store areas.
First Floor Level Ancillary office and staff areas including management/administration areas, store rooms and toilets all accessed via internal lift/stair cores. Reconfiguring of landscaping, service yard, signage and external storage areas.
The reconfigured car park will provide a total of 226 no. spaces including 61 no. staff parking spaces.
