Project Overview
The Belgard development incorporated the demolition of public house, associated units and adjacent multi-deck car. Creation of a food store with ancillary off-licence and site works creating a new vehicular entrance at cookstown road, Esb substation building with services to existing connections.
In addition the development included construction of four retail units, a new road access off cookstown road to service the reservoir lands located immediately south of the development
Provisioned improvements to footpaths with an additional crossing point,boundary treatments, retaining wall, landscaping,lighting and connections to drainage and water services and related works.
