Project Overview
The Dunsahughlin development consisted of a new vehicular access by way of a two-way entrance & exit with junction to the main street and creating a two storey building with pitched roof designed with traditional features for two retail units a café & reataurant. Also creating a single storey licensed discount foodstore, public realm space adjacent to the café area.
All necessary site development works and services were completed on this project including site enabling works (clearance & preparation), landscaping and associated works, The existing bus shelter was also relocated north of its location and 163 car parking spaces were provided.
