Project Overview
The Portmarnock development comprised of 3 storey building.
On the ground floor a car park, café unit, 3 plantrooms and trolley bay were created.
The first floor created an office, a retail store including sales area, staff area, bakery, freezer room.
The second floor developed an IT room and plant room.
Provisioned hard and soft landscaping, boundary treatments and all other associated and ancillary works above and below ground level.
