Project Overview
The project included the modernisation and refurbishment to the existing retail store whilst keeping the store open for 70% of the construction time.
Modernisation works included the demolition of the existing welfare block and construction of new, removal of entire roof and replacement with new (while the store remained open), new floor and wall tiling, new internal ceilings, rendering and painting, full M&E fit out, resurfacing of carpark and associated ground works.
