Project Overview

The project includes the construction of 61 no. Private Residential units, consisting of Detached and Semi-Detached Two Storey Dwellings.
The units are made up of standard cavity wall construction, Pre-cast floor slabs and Tiled roof coverings. The substructure of 26 no. units were piled. These piles were required up to a depth of 12 meters in some locations, to over come very poor ground conditions. Also, a Gabion wall retaining system was used to retain one boundary of the site. This wall was approximately 2 meters high.
