Project Overview
The Drumcondra development comprises of, demolition of a Creche and garage, and the construction of a part two-storey and part three-storey mixed use building.
The building will include a retail food store incorporating off-licence, restaurant, coffee bar,3 offices, 37 surface parking spaces, 20 bicycle stands and Trolley bay.
