Construction of a new discount food store with ancillary off-licence sales. The development comprised of demolishing the existing single storey food store and constructing a new food store with a larger floor space.
Redeveloping and extending the existing carpark.
Closure of existing vehicular access and creation of pedestrian access Provisioned hard and soft landscaping, boundary treatments, public lighting, surface water attenuation, and cycle parking.
